General & Specific Financial Strategy
We will supervise and review the preparation of all financial statements; assist with budgeting; develop cash flow projections, financial reporting metrics and performance measurement; analyze business trends; prepare owner and staff for board meeting presentations; manage external relationships, including those with bankers, investors, auditing firms and boards; assess, train and mentor your finance staff; evaluate pricing strategy for products and services; and provide any type of financial strategy assistance deemed necessary by ourselves and your company.

Cash Flow Planning and Analysis
Cash flow planning is a critical part of managing most companies. Our cash flow planning process helps business owners answer the question: How much cash will be generated from, or will be needed in, the short and long term? We have developed short-term cash flow models that help businesses keep an eye on their cash flow needs over the next three months, as well as over the next year. In the long-term, we work with you to determine your cash needs during the initial budget planning process and on a regular monthly basis. Like you, we don’t want any surprises.

CFO Mentoring & Coaching

Finance Staff Assessment/Coaching
If you are concerned that your financial staff (including your CFO) is not performing optimally, we will assist you in determining if your assessment is correct and in crafting and implementing a plan to ensure your team gets and stays on track. Additionally, we will assist your team in implementing best practices in your Financial Organization, based on where you currently are in your company’s life cycle.

Exit Planning
